Bio: I started playing pickleball a few years ago and I play several times a week in advanced level open play and ladder sessions. I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to go from not knowing how to play to being a solid pickup player who can play in intermediate and advanced games. I still know exactly what it’s like to be a brand new beginner and trying to figure out the game especially all the rules. My coaching style is easygoing and I try to keep the lessons light hearted so everyone feels welcome and comfortable. I like to use a mix of drills and gameplay with real time instruction and feedback during my lessons. A group of 3 or 4 students makes for a great class because I can play a doubles game with you while teaching you how the game works. I can also advise you on equipment, where to play, what apps to download to find games and leagues, etc. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

What sets me apart is my advocacy for playing pickleball with disabilities, as I personally use a prosthetic device. While I am now in the senior category I have kept myself physically and mentally fit, have a very positive outlook and enjoy coaching players at clinics and lessons.
