Bio: With two decades dedicated to basketball instruction, I empower athletes to reach their full potential. My expertise lies in refining fundamentals, fostering strategic thinking, and cultivating a passion for the game. I've had the privilege of being coached and mentored by some of the greatest minds in basketball history—an experience that shaped my philosophy and deepened my understanding of the sport. Now, I’m committed to giving back what I’ve been given, passing on that knowledge and passion to the next generation. I strive to make every session productive, engaging, and inspiring.

Bio: With 38 years of basketball instruction under my belt, I foster player growth and the love of hoops! My foundation in basketball development began on the court, not in an office. I launched Get There Training, a basketball academy in Albuquerque, NM, where I personally trained youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, helping them reach their peak performance. I was privileged to serve on the staff for the LeBron James Skills Academy for three consecutive years, collaborating with high-performance trainers like Ganon Baker, and contributing to one of the most prestigious player development platforms in the country. Was also a basketball coach at NM State University for 3 years.

Bio: Former Purdue Men's Basketball Player and Coach from 2019-2024. Also coached one season at University of Illinois Chicago as the Director of Men's Basketball Operations. Trained Purdue Players Zach Edey, Braden Smith, and Fletcher Loyer among others.

Bio: Meet a true basketball enthusiast! With experience playing in the prestigious North Central Conference (NCC), which earned a remarkable 12-page feature in Sports Illustrated. From November 1983 to February 2016, this dedicated individual recorded, watched, edited, and preserved every hoops game televised, spanning all levels of play. Their passion for the game started early, using videotapes to analyze and break down games since their sophomore year in high school back in 1982. Basketball knowledge and love at its finest!

Bio: Coach KK – Born to Ball Academy I’m more than a skills trainer — I’m a mentor to the next generation. Through Born to Ball Academy, I help young athletes grow their game and their mindset. Whether it’s building footwork, sharpening handles, or learning how to lead, I teach kids how to compete the right way — with heart, hustle, and purpose. “We train like champions, and we lead like it too.” Born to Ball Academy — The grind starts early.

Bio: I’ve played basketball since I was 9 years old and have loved the game every second. I played high school basketball for all 4 years and I recently just finished my 4 years of college basketball where I scored 1500 points. I have love and passion for the game, I watch basketball all of the time and want to talk about it to everyone. I am wanting to share my experiences and talents to the younger generation and help kids grow on the court and off the court.

Bio: With over a decade of experience, I have a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I am a former collegiate basketball player and two-year captain at Taylor University, where I scored over 1,000 career points. I earned both my bachelor’s in Sport Management and my Master of Arts in Leadership while also leading Bible studies, team events, and five years of Taylor's annual youth basketball camps. With coaching influences from WNBA pros and respected high school mentors, I combine high-level playing experience with a passion for developing young athletes in both skill and confidence. I am a proud Westfield native and am committed to giving back to my community through personal, intentional coaching. I am rooted in my Christian faith and lead with love, integrity, and a desire to honor God through every opportunity I am given.

Bio: Hi, my name is Maicol. (Pronounced Michael) Two things you will wonder about the moment we meet - where am I from and how tall am I? I was born in Brazil and picked up a ball for the first time when I was over six feet tall and already 15 years old- it’s never too late! I grew all the way through my second year of college at Cedarville university in shoe size and height, I ended up 6’8 by 21 years old. Since then, I have experienced great heights and low lows navigating this adventure called life. As a former club player in Porto Alegre, Brazil with Sogipa, a college player at Cedarville University in the US, an assistant coach in Clark Summit, PA at Baptist Bible College, a club coach in Santa Cruz, Brazil at Unico, and recreational coach for various children’s sports in the US, I bring you realistic, honest, practical experience and life lessons. I have achievements such as State and National Championship titles and short falls that taught me to work harder and train more effectively. Somethings I value: hard-work, integrity, faith, loyalty, mentorship, friendship, and family. Mastering basketball is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding you every step of the way. With 30 years of experience as a player and coach, I provide personalized training designed to elevate your skills and basketball IQ. But, even more than just helping you achieve your full potential on the court, as an ordained pastor with years of church planting experience in the US and in Brazil, I care about you as a person that has purpose and vitality off the court as well. Growing up in Brazil, basketball presented me with an opportunity for a needed change and to develop my passion not only for basketball, but to live my life to the fullest.
